Ingredients
Incrediants for Salad
  • 2 Cucumber (Peeled and cubed/sliced)
  • 2 Avocado (Firm but ripe)
  • 1/2 Grapefruit (Sliced/chopped or juice form)
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach and Cilantro
  • 1/4 Cup Cheese (Any vegan cheese)
  • 1/2 Tsp Rock Salt (As per taste)
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 Tsp Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Dill leaves
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all "Salad ingrediants". Add Rock salt, Bblack pepper and mix properly.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Lime juice, lemon juice, olive oil, dill leaves. Pour on Cucumber and avocado salad.

  3. Let it cook down for 30 min. Enjoy chilled.
